This application provides users with the ability to share their positive or negative experiences and report any safety concerns in real-time from their GPS location, based on a predefined site in a specific city or jurisdiction.

Users have the option to include images and/or videos along with detailed text regarding issues such as dirty facilities, vandalism, safety concerns, graffiti, poor signage, or inadequate lighting that they wish to report. Conversely, users can also highlight areas deserving praise, such as exceptional customer service and friendly staff, for individual locations.

The platform facilitates immediate notifications to personnel, enabling them to promptly receive and address user concerns at customized locations. Additionally, staff can engage with users by responding in real-time, thus closing the feedback loop effectively. Users who opt to share their contact information will receive updates on the actions taken to resolve their reported issues.
